Dawn Bancroft
CEO of The Beauty Architects
With 28+ years in medical aesthetics, Dawn Bancroft has played a pivotal role in transforming the industry across Minneapolis and the Midwest. After working with major companies like Wyeth/Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson Medical, and Mentor Aesthetics, she joined her husband, Rick, in medical device consulting in 2000.
A leader in aesthetic innovation, Dawn has been instrumental in launching industry-shaping technologies, including Radiesse® Dermal Filler (Merz Aesthetics™), Silimed® "Gummy Bear" breast implants (Sientra™/Tiger Aesthetics™), VI Corrective Peels™ (VI Aesthetics™), DefenAge PRO® Skin Care, and SkinPen® microneedling (Crown Aesthetics™). She even sold the world’s first SkinPen® device in Woodbury, MN, pioneering its success for over 12 years.
Beyond business, Dawn is dedicated to helping her community, supporting C.A.S.T. (Citizens Against Sex Trafficking) and GRG Horse Rescue through The Beauty Architects. She believes everyone deserves a beautiful life—inside and out!

Cricket Skaret
Sales Support Specialist
Cricket joined The Beauty Architects in June 2023, bringing extensive experience in collaborative environments and a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences. Her background includes roles in promotions, customer service, and sales support across various industries such as tech, resort, real estate, and remodeling.

Patty Rieger
Clinical Specialist
Patty is a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician working as a SkinPen, PRP, and VI Peel trainer. She is also a certified NCEA and Laser Technician, including Laser Safety Officer. She has a 30+ year career in Cardiovascular Medicine, with experience in Cath Lab, ER, ICU, and Clinical Research, and has served as a US Clinical Educator and Clinical Trials Coordinator. Patty is also an entrepreneur with four startup companies and the holder of a US Patent (6.231.518).

Business Development Specialist
With over 25 years in the beauty industry, Angie has managed a family-owned salon franchise across 18 locations in three states and previously owned a multi-location medical spa. She brings extensive experience as a trainer in technical skills and talent development and has excelled in business development, focusing on marketing strategies and employee success.

Tracey Rudolph-Lakin
Clinical Specialist
Tracey graduated from Katherin Hinds Institute in Massachusetts in 1996. She served as the lead esthetician and educational trainer at all five Contour Clinic locations (now Juvly) for seven years. In 2014, she provided national training at Bellus Medical on micro needling techniques. She became NCEA Certified in 2019 and earned her Advanced Practice Esthetics Instructor’s license the same year.

Business Development Specialist
With a rich 14-year background in business development, Heather delivers passion and exceptional service to her clients. Drawing from 8 years at Galderma working in dermatology and her management experience of a 6-location preschool business, she offers a unique perspective on small businesses and dermatology offices. Heather's focus is on supporting each client, leveraging her expertise in training, talent acquisition, development, product koweldge and business growth strategies.
